Delivery

Currently, we deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Orders will be processed and despatched the next business day, after we have received your order.

You will receive tracking emails to let you know when your items are on the way.

Our standard courier delivery charge to your home is £4.95 per delivery. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area, availability and demand. Delivery charges will not be refunded if you change your mind and return your order.

 

Returns

You may return most items. If you want to return your order, you must do so within 30 days from receiving your item. The item must be in a new and unused condition, along with the original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached.

To request a return and to receive a tracked return label and QR code:

1. Email customerservices@goofypro.com - name, postcode, order number and reason.

2. Pack the item you're returning.

3. Print and attach the return label or download the QR code.

4. Take the parcel to the Post Office.

The items should be in a sealed secure parcel with the returns label firmly attached. Refunds will be processed once the parcel has been received back to us. A deduction for return postage will be applied to your refund. Your refund may take up to 7 days to process, from receipt of your return.

Exceptions to the Returns policy

Where a product has a swing tag with seal, the product cannot be returned if this has been damaged or removed. A refund will not be given if the seal has been broken, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Returned items which are not in a new and unused condition, will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

High Returns Policy

We may terminate your ability to place orders with us, if we determine that the rate and/or volume at which you return items is too high. We reserve the right of the forming or not, of a sales contract with you. We really want you to continue to be able to shop with us, however we may have to take this difficult decision in exceptional circumstances. We need to ensure that we manage our operating costs for the benefit of all of our customers, so that we do not have to pass on unnecessary costs to you and others.
